Leaky Roof Damage

This before photo is from a recent job that SERVPRO of Rochester completed. 

The customer had a leaky room in their three season porch ceiling.  You can see in the before picture that all of the ceiling was affected by water intrusion. The water caused extensive damage to the sheet rock and popcorn ceiling. It's amazing how water can cause so much damage to different materials in homes. 

SERVPRO of Rochester came in, performed moisture readings, informed the customer of what was wet and what needed to be done. 

The after picture shows what the ceiling looked like after SERVPRO of Rochester removed the affected materials. It was determined that the ceiling should be completely removed and affected materials dried out.
