Water Damage

SERVPRO of Rochester was called to this home that had a water damage. Sometimes carpet can be dried in place while other times the carpet needs to be taken out as well as the carpet pad.  There are a few factors that determine if the carpet stays or needs to be removed.  A few main reasons depend on what the source of water came from, how many materials it passed through and how long the water has been in the carpet. This carpet need to be removed.  SERVPRO of Rochester came in and determined the carpet needed to be removed.  The second picture is of the stairs without carpet.
