Kitchen water damage

SERVPRO of Rochester was called in to help with a kitchen and main level water level damage.  Upon arrival we document all areas affected, and keep communication with the homeowners ongoing throughout the mitigation process. 

As you look at the before picture, you can see where the floor joints come together, it looks like the end pieces are coming up.  This is called cupping which happens after water has been sitting and absorbed into the flooring materials. 

As you look at the after picture you can see that all flooring materials had to be removed as our technicians determined that it was not salvageable.
