Basement Flooding

Having water in your basement is so frustrating! We understand and have helped hundreds of homeowners. 

Photo one shows part of the home that was affected. The homeowners had placed a fan there in the living room. They moved some of their personal belongings up off the floor which is a great thing to do. You shouldn't throw away any items until SERVPRO of Rochester technicians arrive. It's important to wait so that all documentation can be kept together and submitted to the insurance company. We send a list and pictures along with the daily drying report and equipment removed. 

The second photo shows after needed demolition was completed to the affected areas and equipment was placed.
