Water in Basement

SERVPRO of Rochester had a customer request for water mitigation services after water was found in the basement. If you look at the before picture you can see quite a bit of water on top of the carpet.  The room was saturated as well as other rooms and is normal for burst pipes, flooding and storm damage.

SERVPRO of Rochester removed the water and flooring. We then will place equipment and take readings. There is a science to drying affected materials in homes. Each day our technicians come out,  monitor the progress being made, document and move or remove equipment according to IICRC standards.
