Minimal removal

When SERVPRO of Rochester is called by an agent or customer we always try to remove what is needed and no more to existing walls and/or ceilings. This applies to whether it's a fire, water or mold job.  We take moisture readings with our moisture meters. If needed, we have an infarred camera that helps us determine if the materials are wet.

This first picture shows the bathroom at the time SERVPRO of Rochester arrived.  After taking readings, it was determined that the area behind the toliet tank and to the right a little also needed to be removed.  We only removed the affected area.
