Sprinkler System Goes Off in Assisted Living

Water Mitigation is extremely important to begin as soon as you discover you have a water damage. The longer a water damage is left without mitigating, mold growth can begin in 72 hours. 

SERVPRO of Rochester received a request for services at a local assisted living home. A sprinkler system had gone off on several floors affecting many apartments. 

The first photo shows the carpet in one of the apartments when our technicians arrived. Our technicians took moisture readings and documented affected areas in each apartment.
