Flooding Damage
Flooding happens to homes but the flooding we have seen is unprecedented. In fact, some say this flooding ranks up near the flooding of 1978 in Rochester.
The first photo shows one of the affectted areas in the home when we arrived on site. If you look closely, you will see the tackstrips on the floor are dark and wet. SERVPRO of Rochester then took moisture readings to find out all the affected areas.
The second photo shows what SERVPRO of Rochester calls flood cuts. Our technicians cut out the affected areas and then placed equipment to begin the drying process.
